What gets me the most natural results?

Sub fascial Technique places the implant in a space separate from the breast but above the muscle. When the implant does not involve the muscle , the implant is in better harmony with the breast creating a natural result. Recovery is less than 24hr, without pain. There is no animation or implant displacement.

How will the scars look?

Silicone Breast Implants: The breast envelope can be shaped with a scar placed around the areola to give a natural result.

Breast Lift Lollipop: The scar is around the areola and then a fine line to the breast crease in the shape of a lollipop. 

Dr. Ditesheim specializes in the breast lift short scar technique which incorporates two incisions: one around the areola and one vertically from the areola down to the breast crease. During the procedure, a “lollipop incision” is blended around the nipple and partially down the breast.

Will silicone or saline implants give me a better result?

For most women, either type of implant can make a bigger breast. Both silicone and saline implants are safe. Sometimes individual anatomy suggests that one type of implant may produce a more natural result.

What does breast surgery cost?
