Rules & Conditions for Beauty Bucks Referral Rewards:
1. Spa or Cosmetic service (injectibles) must be a minimum of $100.00 to receive reward
2. Beauty bucks are not eligible for use on products, only services.
3. Cosmetic Surgery must be a minimum of $5000.00 to receive reward.
4. Referral must be a new patient who has never been to the practice.
5. Does not apply to employees or family members.
6. If a referred patient books and completes consultation and surgery the referral is eligible for both rewards.
7. Rewards will be received once the service has been completed.
8. Referring patient must be over the age of 18.
9. Patients being referred for surgery consultation must be quali ed ie: has the means to proceed with procedures based on cost and medical conditions.
